Select a service below. Payment is processed at booking via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email with any intake questions and your Zoom link (for online sessions) immediately after booking.

What to Expect After Booking

You will receive a confirmation email immediately. It contains your session details, Zoom link (online only), and any pre-session questions.

For intake sessions and first-time private sessions: please complete the pre-session questions before we meet. Three questions, takes under three minutes.

If you need to reschedule: use the link in your confirmation email. Do so at least 48 hours before your session.
